In this episode, Sean and Charlie talk to Rob Cherry, COO of the Independent Retail Cannabis Collective (IRCC) about how the organization is supporting independent retailers in the cannabis industry. The IRCC provides education, advocacy, and resources to help overcome the challenges facing independent retailers, such as limited access to products and marketing resources.
Through the IRCC, independent retailers can access product sourcing, marketing support, and industry training, while also collaborating with other retailers to share best practices.
Sean and Charlie also discuss data deals, the practice, if it's good or bad for the industry.
